We don’t like to charge for delivery, we would much rather sell you more product. We have to have our minimums because we can only get to so many houses per hour. Areas where we don’t have as many customers or we have to travel farther to get too have higher minimums. It is our hope that you will consider ordering more per order to avoid paying delivery fees, even if that means you order less often. Remember our products last for months, many up to a year or two in the freezer. We even guarantee our eggs to stay fresh for 2 months past their sell by date.

The Order Process

Our cut off time for orders, delivery or pick up is always noon the day before. 

We will call you and send an email by 8pm the evening before your scheduled delivery day with a 2 hour delivery window and your total (adjusted for any out of stocks or quantity changes). You can opt out of the phone call and go email only in your online account settings once you have created your account.

Not Home? Just leave us a check and a cooler outside and we will drop it off. If this won’t work for you, we can take a credit card over the phone and we are very good at coming up with creative idea’s to make delivery service an easy option for our customers. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any concerns, questions, or special requirements.

Our goal here at FarmFreshFoodstuffs.com is to make it easier to shop with us than to go to the store. We love to talk to our customers and are always here to answer questions however we ask that all orders are placed online. We are here to help and are happy to answer any product question or help you in using our website, just ask!

We have made many changes to our routes over the past couple years to keep ourselves profitable and stay in business. There are some areas that we don’t service on a regular basis but can and do still make deliveries to customers on a case by case basis. Usually we just ask for a higher minimum order to get free delivery. We ask that you please just ask, shoot us an email with your address to customerservice@farmfreshfoodstuffs.com and we will respond ASAP.

Pick up times at our warehouse are available Wednesday through Saturday by appointment only.

We have a new feature that will allow you to place your order for pickup, currently it only gives Wednesday as an option, we are working on this bug and will hopefully list Thursday, Friday, and Saturday soon. If you want to pick up on a day other than Wednesday, just specify what day in the comments and Laura will be in touch to arrange a time for you to pick up!

SHIPPING ORDERS

We have greatly reduced the number of orders we ship due to liability issues that arise from shipping frozen perishables via UPS. We currently only ship orders that are over $100 in product and are located within a 1 day point of Chicago via UPS Ground. If it will take more than one day to ship your package via UPS Ground, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will make exceptions and work with customers that understand the liability issues, are willing to pay for next day freight or will assume the risk. So please don’t hesitate to ask we are here to serve.

RETURNS

We do not take returns, but we do guarantee your satisfaction and the best quality available. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please do not hesitate to let us know. Most of our products are still made by hand and there is always the possibility for human error. If you give us the chance we will always make it right! Our business relies on repeat business and customer satisfaction and we are the best!
